castration doesn't affect hunting ability or watchdog behavior. There are individual differences in how it affects other behaviors. Some differences are probably a result of the environment but many are due to breed and genetics. Roaming showed the greatest degree of change with over 90 percent of the dogs having either a rapid or gradual decline. This is probably a result of the lessening in sexual drive. Fighting with other male dogs showed 40 percent to have a rapid decline and 22 percent a gradual decline. About 50 percent showed a decline in urine marking in the house. The act of mounting dropped rapidly in about one third of the dogs studied and gradually declined in another one third. Much of this decline was in mounting people so castration appears to be a good way to reduce this problem. There doesn't appear to be a proven difference in effect from castration before puberty or in the adult dog. In fact, some humane shelters and breeders are neutering their pups by four months of age before they are placed in their new homes.

They are crooks!I am in Duval County, and I was approached by them the end of last April. Unfortunately, I was scammed. I thought I was getting a dependable, up to date security system, but my whole experience has been a nightmare. I ended up without AC for a week due to shoddy installation, they wanted to blame it on my AC unit, then wanted me to pay them $400 to have an HVAC tech come look at it…I called my own person, and it turns out their installation person neglected to return the electrical breaker to the correct position after he came to reposition the main unit that was hanging at an angle on my wall. Can you believe that?Well, they did pay for the service call, and they should have; however, I’ve had ongoing problems aside from that for the last 4 months – since they put the cheap crap in. The last straw was a malfunctioning timer device installed to one of my lights.

A monitored alarm does everything a DIY system does, and more. In addition to protecting your doors, your windows, your basement – your entire home – a monitored system is just that: monitored. You have a direct connection to a company whose only job is to protect you, your family and your home. Suspicious activity leads to calling the police or the fire company or other emergency officials. Two way intercoms can provide emergency medical services. Fire, smoke and carbon monoxide monitoring extends your protection.
